How long do cake jars stay fresh?
We always recommend putting in fridge as soon as they arrive. Enjoy from the fridge up to 10 days and up freeze until 5 months.
Should I refrigerate my cake jars?
Yes! We always recommend putting them in the fridge as soon as they arrive for at least 1 hour before indulging.
Can I customize my order?
Yes! If you would like to place a custom order please send the request details to elise@designercakeart.comand we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can I include a personal message in my order for gifts?
Absolutely! Cake Jars make a fabulous gift, so we are happy to include a personal message. To include a message please fill in the notes section at checkout.
Shipping Policy:
All orders are shipped using UPS. We ship out our orders on Tuesday of each week. We use two flat rate shipping zones. The West Coast and East Coast zones are calculated by zip code.
We always encourage not allowing the package to sit out once it has been delivered and being refrigerated as soon as possible upon arrival. We will provide tracking information to see when the package is expected to arrive.
All orders placed Tuesday through Sunday night at 9 PM EST will be shipped out on the following Tuesday. Any order placed on a Monday will be shipped out Tuesday of the next week 8 days later.
We are only able to guarantee your order is ready for shipping on the correct date. We are unable to guarantee the arrival date of your order. Circumstances such as weather can cause delays out of our control. We will always be happy to work with you and the shipping provider but are unable to refund any of the order due to shipping delays or delivery issues.
